What is Holistic Medicine?
Holistic medicine focuses on addressing the root causes of health problems by using alternative therapies that promote balance between the mind and body. It takes a thorough approach, considering how all aspects of a person—physical, mental, and emotional—affect their health and well-being. Rather than isolating individual symptoms, it focuses on the entire individual.
Research has shown that alternative medicine practices, like holistic and functional medicine, can be particularly beneficial in treating various health issues, including infertility. These methods help to treat the source of problems, offering more sustainable solutions.
At Road to Fertility, we take the time to examine the whole body to understand what it needs to achieve the highest level of health. This approach allows us to create a plan that supports fertility and helps your body reach its optimal functioning state.

What To Expect with Our Concierge Medicine
During Your Initial Consultation
In your first appointment with Dr. Yuabova, she will take time to listen to your concerns and perform a detailed review of your medical history.
Her focus will be to identify the root cause of your infertility through diagnostic assessments. This process will direct further testing to ensure that the correct areas are examined. Once the underlying cause is determined, a full blood panel will be taken to provide comprehensive medical data that will guide treatment decisions.
Infertility is a symptom of an underlying health issue, which makes it critical to uncover and address this issue before proceeding with treatment. Identifying the root cause can often lead to a successful pregnancy.
Treatment is highly individualized, with a plan tailored to your specific needs based on the findings from your evaluation.
During Your Follow-Up Appointments
Your treatment plan will be custom-designed for you, incorporating various approaches that may include nutritional therapy (oral and IV), neural therapy, herbs, supplements, minerals, peptides, coaching, education, and potentially fertility acupuncture.
Ongoing support is provided to ensure the plan is being implemented correctly. Dr. Yuabova and her team will stay in regular contact, checking in every 2 to 4 weeks to ensure progress is being made and to make adjustments as necessary.
Natural fertility treatments and functional reproductive medicine programs usually last between 4 and 6 months, but the exact duration can vary based on your specific situation and needs.
Do Appointments Have to Be In Person?
Our patients in Naples have the flexibility to choose between telehealth or in-person appointments at our Boca Raton clinic, including for both initial consultations and follow-up sessions. If blood work is needed, we will refer you to a nearby functional lab that can handle the testing.
